Holy cow it has been a long time since I checked in! I didn't realize how much time had passed til I went to look at the blog and saw my last post was over a month ago!

I have been sooooo busy, especially with my other blog Clippin with Carie. That blog takes a lot of time and energy each day! I'm not complaining...I love every minute of it!
.
I have been going to the gym faithfully and working out like a crazy woman. It's so frustrating because the scale and I just don't seem to be on the same page!
.
TODAY (10/10) I weighed in at 215.2 - which is a total loss of 48.4 pounds, but I have slacked off a bit on my healthy eating and it's amazing to me just how much of a difference that makes. I mean I haven't been totally out of control, but I haven't been as diligent as I should be!

So today...I start back on a commitment of NO SUGAR, NO PROCESSED FOODS for at least 20 days to get my brain reprogrammed and remind myself that it's not so bad! Maybe that will bring me out of my plateau!

I may be a little crabby the next few days trying to get myself back on program, the hubs is going to need to batten down the hatches...it's gonna get crazy around here! LOL!!

I'm also going to try and be better about blogging about my weight loss journey!

That is how I am losing weight. I am about 90% clean eating. Down over 58 pounds since mid March.
