Where does all the time go???

Today I weighed in and the scale (so not my BFF) was cooperating a little!
.
I weighed in at 208.4 - That's a total loss of 55.2 pounds since April! I am almost to the half way point...58.4 pounds to go...slow and steady wins the race!!
.
So what am I eating...chicken and lots of it, tuna, turkey and a little bit of beef as well, but I have never been much of a beef eater.
.
Lots and lots of fruits and veggies and for snack time, a few whole natural almonds!
.
I stopped drinking coffee for about 20 days, but I thought I was going to die...I was sooo crabby and tired. Plus I was scared that Starbucks would go out of business if I took anymore time off from there!! I am drinking just one a day now...that's enough to keep me going!

I'm still working out like a crazy lady, I thought I had a bump on my upper arm, was a little scared, then realized it was a muscle...LOL!! Never really had one I guess, didn't know what it would be like...LOL!!!

I know...I'm such a dork!!
Extremely proud of you for what you are doing to keep healthy. I know you have just ONE other thing to quit and I know you can accomplish that as well. You are a wonderful daughter.
