I have been sick for over a week now and didn't feel like working out at all, so you know what?? I didn't and I gotta tell you...it was really starting to get me down! I think that by NOT working out, it made me feel even worse? Maybe it's all just mental!?!

Well, I headed to the gym today and thought I would at least get a half hour or so of exercise in, so here's what I did:
Warm up:
7 Minutes on the Eliptical
Workout:
5 Minutes of Kick Boxing floowed by
5 Burpees (I don't know if that's how you spell it)
5 Push ups
10 Jumping Jacks
I did this rotation 3 times
Then 5 minutes of kick boxing
10 Burpees
10 Push ups
20 Jumping Jacks
Cool Down:
2 sets of Plinks
2 sets of Side Plinks (each side)
Iron Cross
That was enough for me today! I sure hope I can get rid of this miserable cold I have had! It is really starting to cramp my style!
